WorldClock Creates a clock for foreign time zones. You enter your local time, and city, and then the foreign city, and it will show you the time there. It has a second hand that will count with the frame number or you can keyframe/animate the clocks time. Second hand has smooth sweep option, and you can output the hands only with alpha if you want to change the clock face. 2 versions, one with no numbers on the clock face.
