Number of slats = how many divisions for the picture

Overlap is how many slats are moving at one time

Effect Duration is the end time for the effect

Direction is up, down, left, right

Interpolation is Ease in/out or linear

 

For a simple push / slide effect, set number to 1 and overlap to 1
