Global effect adjusts the skew of the whole frame based on the Global Point motion data

Average will do a 5 point average of the motion data

Frame Average includes motion data from previous and next frame

Skew is the over amount of skew. Adjust by eye

Pixel Delta is the distance the average pixels are from the Global point
