Flame . Smoke . Nuke Artist
1996 - present
From the days of Discreet, I have been a flame artist. Since then, I have dabbled in Shake, Nuke and of course Smoke. I have also spent time on 3D applications like 3ds Max and Blender. While it's fun, my main joy is compositing and finishing stuff. That includes grading and graphics.
Online Editor.
1982 - 1995
These were heady days, where you worked besides rocket scientists, or so it seemed. Not just anyone was an online editor. You had to handle awkward technology and even more awkward requests from clients. The Technology has changed but thank god, the clients have not.
Mirage Programmer.
1984-1990
Mirage was the greatest machine ever invented for television by the legendary Quantel. I was fortunate enough to be standing in the wrong place at the right time and got sent on a programming course and learnt Pascal, and with the aid of 3D mathematics, was able to model shapes and create wonderful visual fx.
